Working together
The parts your lawyer asks about.
Handing a client to someone else is a trust decision. These are the commitments in writing, in advance, so the first call is about the work instead.
Two-week sprints, a demo at the end of each, and your sign-off before anything ships.
Commercial terms
- Mutual NDA
- Signed before you describe the project, so you can name the client and the scope instead of talking around them. Ours is two pages; we will sign yours instead if you prefer.
- IP ownership
- Full assignment on payment, written into the agreement. Not a licence and not a shared right, so it passes straight through to your own client.
- No-solicit
- Runs both directions and covers clients and staff. It is in the agreement, not only on this page.
- How the work runs
- Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. You see the product move every fortnight, not a status report.
- Release control
- Your QA sign-off gates every release. Nothing reaches your client until you have put your name to it.
- Notice and handover
- Thirty days either way on a rolling retainer. Runbooks and decision records are produced continuously, so a handover is never a scramble.
Security practices
- Access
- We work inside your systems with the accounts you issue, under your policy, including hardware and MFA requirements. Least privilege by default.
- Code
- Review before merge, no direct pushes to protected branches, dependency and secret scanning in CI.
- Data
- Production data stays in production. Where a realistic dataset is needed to build against, it is anonymised first.
- People
- Named engineers under written confidentiality. No anonymous pool and no undisclosed subcontracting.
- Documentation
- A data processing agreement and a current sub-processor list go out on request, alongside the master agreement.
- Incidents
- One named contact, a written timeline of what happened, and the fix in the same sprint. You hear it from us before your client hears it from anyone.
Need something specific for a procurement review, a vendor questionnaire or a client contract? Send it over and we will fill it in properly.
