Someone left you a codebase.

A contractor went quiet, a deadline passed, or the person who understood it left. We read the code for five days and tell you what it would take to save, or whether it is worth saving.

No charge, and no obligation to hire us afterwards. We will not quote a price on a rescue before reading the code, because anyone who does has not read the code.

What the five days cover.

  1. Day 1

Read the repository. Structure, dependencies, test coverage, how releases happen.

  2. Day 2

Run it. What builds, what breaks, what is undocumented, what is unfinished.

  3. Day 3

Data and security. Schema, migrations, access control, anything exposed.

  4. Day 4

Cost the options: finish it, refactor it, or rewrite the part that matters.

  5. Day 5

Written report and a call to walk you through it.

Send it over.

Read access to the repository is enough to start. If you cannot share it yet, describe the situation and we will sign an NDA first.

What state is it in?

Pick as many as apply.

Budget

A range is enough. It shapes scope, not the welcome.

Timing

When would work start?

Optional.

A couple of sentences is plenty. Do not name your client if the NDA has not been signed yet.

No newsletter, no CRM sequence. One reply from one person.
