What this site collects

Nothing at all unless you send an enquiry. There is no advertising network, no third-party tracker and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

When you submit the contact, agency application or rescue form, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, company if you gave one, your selections, your message, and the IP address the request came from.

Why we hold it

To answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a project. That is a legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and a contractual necessity once we are working together.

The IP address is stored only to rate-limit the form. It is not used to profile you.

How long

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Enquiries that do become projects are kept for the life of the engagement plus the period our accountants require.

Who else sees it

Our email provider, in order to deliver the notification to us. Our hosting provider, because the site runs on their machines. Nobody else, and we do not sell or share anything with advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your national supervisory authority.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site they are cookie-free and aggregate-only, with no cross-site identifier and no personal data. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
